会社で、女の人が面接を受けています。女の人が前の会社を辞めた理由は、何ですか。
女：前の会社は大きな会社でしたし、同級生たちが就職した会社と比べて、待遇は、いいほうでした。人間関係にも問題がなく勤めていたのですが、やはり、やりがいという点で、疑問を持つようになりました。その会社には長く勤めている女性が少なく、女性には、責任のある仕事を任させることがあまりない会社だと感じ、辞めることを決心しました。私は働き続けることによって、自分自身のスキルアップができて、男女の区別なく、能力を発揮できるような場で、働きたいと思います。
女の人が前の会社を辞めた理由は、何ですか。
１．人間関係が難しかったから
２．責任のある仕事を任せてもらえないと思ったから
３．自分のスキルを認めてもらえないかったから
４．男女の能力の差がありすぎたから。
