女：えー、まだできてないの？忙しい忙しいって、飲み会ばかり言ってるじゃない。

やるやるって口ばっかり。私、あなたのそういうところが一番いや！友達と付き合うなって言ってるわけじゃないよ。会社の付き合いが大切だってことだって、私、ちゃんと理解しているつもり。とにかく、頼んだことをちゃんとやってよ。

Basing on the key words we have, perform the analysis as follows:
In this type, all 4 answers are often mentioned in the lesson, so it is easy to make us confused. However you need to focus on the question: the point that women don’t like the most (一番気に入らない). In listening, there is a phrase with the same meaning as 一番 い や ( dislike the most).
The full sentence is 私、あなたのそういうところが一番いや (That’s what I dislike the most about you!) so そういう ところ is the point mentioned previous: やるやるって口ばっかり (just say without doing). Based on that, the answer with the same meaning is 3. The point is just say what to do without doing anything.
