Meaning and how to use :

Exoresses the meaning “Can’t..”. Used when wanting to say that the action/status is “not right/not good/should not..”.

Examples:

1. 首相は自由に発言するべからざる人です。
Shushou ha jiyuu ni hatsugen suru bekara zaru hito desu.
Prime Minister is the one who can’t have freedom of speech.

2. そこは誰でも入るべからざるところです。
Soko ha dare de mo hairu bekara zaru tokoro desu.
This is a place where not everyone can visit.

3. 親でも子供を激しく叱るべからざる人です。
Oya de mo kodomo o hageshiku shikaru bekara zaru hito desu.
Even though they’re the parents, they still can’t yell at their child.

4. 学生は先生にひどい言葉を使って皮肉するのはあり得べからざる行動です。
Gakusei ha sensei ni hidoi kotoba o tsukatte hiniku suru no ha ariu bekara zaru koudou desu.
For the students to use bad words against their teacher is unacceptable.

5. 基礎のことを忘れるべからざる。
Kiso no koto o wasureru bekara zaru.
You must not forget the basic things.

This structure is mostly used with a certain amount of verbs (habit)
Formal, modern structure, mostly used in writings.
