アナウンサー: 先生は、あまり薬を出さないそうですね。

女: ええ、患者さんの中には、薬を出さないことを不満に思う人が多いですが、できるだけ薬を頼らないような治療を心がけています。もちろん、病気によっては、薬がなくてはならない場合もあり、また、使い方によっては、薬が効果的な場合も多くありますが、軽い風邪などの場合、栄養のある食事をし、暖かくしてよく寝ると、たいていの場合は、そのうちに治っています。注射をしたり、薬を飲んだりすると、かえって、治りが悪くなることもあります。病気は、自分の力で治すことが大切なんです。でも、このことを患者さんにわかってもらうのは、なかなかむずかしいんです。

患者にわかってもらうのが難しいのは、どういうことだと言っていますか。
