Expresses the meaning “Status in extreme degree.” Followed by is often the result/consequence of said event/thing.
Examples:

Watashi ha kono you na baai ni au no ha hajimete na node madotta no nanno tte.
This is my first time in a situation like that so I was extremely confused.
