Meaning and how to use :
Expresses the meaning “not the high time…/ not the good time did something…”. It’s used to warn other that it’s not high time did something.
For example
今、楽に休んでいる場合ではない。
ima raku ni yasun de iru baai de ha nai
It’s not high time relaxed comfortably.
遊んでいる場合ではないよ。今は最低な場合が起こった。
ason de iru baai de ha nai yo ima ha saitei na baai ga okotu ta
