Describe how to do things in a strongly way. This way of speaking expresses the strong determination that in order to do that, the speaker is willing to do even extreme things.
Examples
今の生活をやめても、自分の夢を叶えたいです。
Ima no seikatsu wo yamete mo, jibun no yume wo kanaetaidesu.
Even if I have to give up my life now, I want to fulfill my dream.
不自由になっても彼女に再会したいです。
Fujiyuu ni natte mo kanojo ni saikai shitaidesu.
I still want to meet at her even if I can’t move anymore.
学校を退学しても、自分の理想とおりやりたいと思う。
Gakkou wo taigaku shite mo, jibun no risou touri yaritai to omou.
Even if I quit school, I would like to follow my own ideals.
趣味をやめても選んだ道に歩みたい。
Shumi wo yamete mo eranda michi ni ayumitai.
Even if I give up my hobby, I want to follow the path I have chosen.
首になっても上司の悪い点を全部言いたい。
Kubi ni natte mo joushi no warui ten wo zenbu iitai.
Even if I am fired, I want to say the bad point of my superiors.
