Doraemon : まだ半分が残るじゃないか
まだはんぶんがのこるじゃないか.

Nobita : その半分は僕がもうお金がないのを知っていないです。
そのはんぶんは、ぼくがもうおかねがないのをしっていないです。

some vocabulary in the story :
半分 hanbun : a half
失った : ushinatta : lose (something or someone).
残るじゃないか nokorujanaika? something remained, right?
のを change the sentence before it into an object
Translation :
Run out of money:
Nobita : I’ve just lost all my money, and half of my friends left me.
Doraemon : You still have the other half by your side, don’t you?
Nobita : The other half didn’t know I lost all my money.
