In order to read Japanese articles on topic: Environment, you can go to Japanese online newspapers such as: Mainichi shinbun, Yahoo! ニュース, NHK News… and select categories 環境 (Kankyou – Environment).

In addition to the popular newspaper websites above, in order to practice reading more in-depth news, you can go to Kankyou Business – an online newspaper specializing in the field of environment – energy.

How to practice reading: just like the previous posts, you should skim the article to get the main idea first, then note down the unknown words and unknown sentences and look up the dictionary to clarify the meaning of each sentence. 日本コカ・コーラ(東京都渋谷区)とセブン&アイ・ホールディングス(東京都千代田区)は6月5日、セブン&アイグループ店頭で回収したペットボトルをリサイクルした完全循環型ペットボトル使用の飲料を6月10日より順次、セブン&アイグループ各店舗で発売すると発表した。

On June 5, Japanese Cocacola (Shibuya District, Tokyo) and Seven & i Holdings (Chiyoda District, Tokyo) announced that, from June 10, Seven & i Group stores will sell drinks that use recycled plastic bottles from plastic bottles collected at Seven & i Group’s stalls.
