Meaning and how to use :

To command, order somebody to do something. This structure is used only in case the work is the matter of course. Used only with people at the same or lower rank.

For example

早く手を洗ってください。もうすぐご飯を食べますから。
Hayaku te o aratte kudasai. Mousugu gohan o tabe masu kara.
Clean your hand quickly. The meal is ready.

歯を磨いてください。
ha o migai te kudasai.
Brush your teeth.

受験したかったら、手続きを出してください。
juken shi takattara, tetsuduki o dashi te kudasai.
If you want to take the test, apply for it.

とても忙しいので何かあったら早く言ってください。
totemo isogashii node nani ka attara hayaku itte kudasai.
I’m busy now, so let’s say quickly.

12時すぎたので寝てください。
ichi ni ji sugi ta node ne te kudasai.
Go to sleep, it’s over 0:00
