Meaning and how to use :

Means “Right at a time”. An action/event happens at the same time with another

For example

Kanojo ni denwa o kakeyo u to suru tokoro ni, shanhai kara no denwa ga atta.
Right at the time I intended to call her, I got a phone call from Shanghai

sono koto o shiyo u to suru tokoro ni, ookii na shishou ga okotta.
Right when I tried to do that, a big troubles came

gaishutsu suru tokoro ni, tomodachi ga asobi no sasoi ni ki mashi ta.
When I’ve just gone out, my friend called to invite me to go out (for playing).

mayou tokoro ni, shiriai ni atte, hontouni yokatta
Fortunately I met accquaintance right at the time I got lost

okane ga nai tokoro ni, kare ha kashi te kure te, hontouni arigatai desu.
He lended me money when I was just bankrupt , I’m grateful so much.

Note:Used to describe the interuption of a state, process, but it has a good effect.
