Meaning and how to use :
This structure is used to list thing; however it’s also used to criticize a statement.
For example
社会位置が高い人が大勢に来た。首相なだのABC社の社長だのです。
shakai ichi ga takai hito ga ohzei ni ki ta shushou na dano sha no shachou da no desu
A large number of people with high social position came. The president, the director of ABC company.
あの人の辞職自由は給料が低いだの待遇が悪いだのと言うです。
ano hito no jishoku jiyuu ha kyuuryou ga hikui dano taiguu ga warui da no to iu desu
The reasons why he quit his job are low salary, bad treatment.
彼女の遅刻した理由は電車が遅れるだの渋滞だのです。
kanojo no chikoku shi ta riyuu ha densha ga okureru dano juutai da no desu
Her reasons for coming late are traffic congestion, late train.
あのやつはいろいろな言い訳で私の要求を断りました。実現不可能だと費用が足りないだのと言っていました。

Note:This structure is the same with「やら」、「とか」. In addition, there is idiomatic structure such as「…だのなんだの」
