男：あのー、先ほどお送りしたファックスですが、４つありますので、わかりやすいように番号をつけておきましたが、どれかお気に召したものがございますでしょうか。
女：ええ…あのー、ちょっとお伺いしたいんですが、１番のマンション、駅から近いのに、家賃が安いのはどうしてすか。
男：それはですね、見ていただければわかるんですが、かなり古いんですよ。古いとどうしても…。でも、十分に住めます。２番と４番のマンションなどは、１番よりずっと狭いですが、新築なので、やはり家賃が高くなっています。２番は駅から１分なので、本当に便利ですよ。３番も進めです。古いですが、リフォームしてあるので、新築のようにきれいですよ。家賃もやすいですし。
女：でも、駅から１５分もかかりますよね。駅から近いところでないと…。予算もあまりないし、十分に住めるっていうのなら…これ、一度見せてもらおうかな…。
