Meaning and how to use :

This is a reverent way of speaking for a person whose position is higher than the speaker.

Example:

忙しいところにも私のことをお感心くださって本当にありがとうございます。
Isogashii tokoro nimo watashi no koto wo okanshin kudasattehontou ni arigatou gozaimasu.
Thank you so much for caring me despite your busy schedule.

どうぞここにお入りください。
Douzo koko ni ohairikudasai.
Please come here.

市長はお助けくださってとてもありがたいです。
Shichou ha otasuke kudasattetotemo arigatai desu.
I am grateful for the mayor’s help.

首相は本日ご出席くださいました。
Shushou ah nihon go shusseki kudasaimashita.
The Prime Minister attended today.

どうぞ意見をお述べください。
Douzo iken wo onobekudasai.
Please give us your opinion.

Note: In case of using with Chinese-Japanese nouns, we use the form「ごN+くださる」. But if it is 「電話する」, we use the form「お電話くださる」. We can use the form「おVます(ます)+ください」to invite someone or request something politely.
