Meaning and how to use :
Express the meaning “not concern about…./ not care…/ despite…”.
For example
親が賛成するのにも構わず僕は彼女と結婚することを決めた。
Oya ga sansei suru no ni mo kamawa zu boku ha kanojo to kekkon suru koto o kime ta.
Despite our parent objection, I decided to marry her.
世論も構わず、自分がしたことなら何の結果が出るか関心しないで絶対にします。
seron mo kamawa zu, jibun ga shi ta koto nara nani no kekka ga deru ka kanshin shi nai de zettai ni shi masu.
Without worrying about the public, if it’s the thing I want to do, I’ll do it whatever the result could be.
彼は上司の命令も構わず、勝手に行動しました。
kare ha joushi no meirei mo kamawa zu, katte ni koudou shi mashi ta.
He doesn’t care about his boss’s command, he does it without permision.
あの子はいつもみなの注意も構わずばかばかしいことをしてばかりいる。
ano ko ha itsumo mina no chuui mo kamawa zu bakabakashii koto o shi te bakari iru
That child always does stupid things despite others’ attention.
Note: Mostly used in idioms: 人目も構わず (doesn’t/don’t care what people thinks)
