Meaning and how to use :

Before/until an event or action occours, another action can’t be done

For example

1. 家族と話してからでなければ、この車を買うことができません。
Kazoku to hanashi te kara de nakere ba, kono kuruma o kau koto ga deki mase n.
Until I talk to my family, I can’t buy this car.

2. 彼女が同意をしてからでなければ、そのことを決められません
kanojo ga doui o shi te kara de nakere ba, sono koto o kimerare mase n
It is not until she says that this matter can’t be decided.

3. 高校を卒業してからでなければ、留学に行くことができません。
koukou o sotsugyou shi te kara de nakere ba, ryuugaku ni iku koto ga deki mase n.
Until I graduate from high school, I can not study abroad.

4. 帰国してからでなければ、父母に会いに行けない。
kikoku shi te kara de nakere ba, fubo ni ai ni ike nai.
I can’t go to see my parents until I go back to my country.

5. このパソコンが壊れてからでなければ、新しいのを買ってくれない。
kono pasokon ga koware te kara de nakere ba, atarashii no o katte kure nai.
I won’t be given a new computer until this old one is out of order.

Note: after からでなければ is a sentence expressing contradiction or negative situation.
The ways of describing からでなければ and からでないと are the same.
