Meaning and how to use :

Expresses the meaning “Regardless of N1 or N2..”. It is used to say that all N stated share a characteristic.
For example

彼女は毒されて、口といわず目といわず血が流してた。
kanojo ha doku sa re te kuchi to iwa zu me to iwa zu chi ga nagashi te ta
She’s poisoned so she’s bleeding regardless of being from her mouth or her eyes.

一日木を植えて、手といわず足といわず泥まみれだ。
ichi nichi moku wo ue te te to iwa zu ashi to iwa zu doromamire da
Planting trees all day makes regardless of my arms or legs covered with mud.

難しい問題にあう時、脳といわず神経系といわず動く。
muzukashii mondai ni au toki nou to iwa zu shinkei kei to iwa zu ugoku
When you get a difficult question, both your mental system and brain work.

疲れたと、手といわず足といわずしびれる場合が多い。
tsukare ta to te to iwa zu ashi to iwa zu shibireru baai ga ohi
When you are tired, in many cases, both your arms and legs get numb.
