Describing the meaning “not understand not only those things but even this thing “. Often used in case someone does not understand the most normal things.
Examples:
彼女の話の意味が分からない。彼女が何について話しているかも分からない。
Kanojo no hanashi no imi ga wakaranai. Kanojo ga nani ni tsuite hanashite iru kamo wakaranai.
I do not understand the meaning of her story. I don’t know she is talking about.
両親が事故にあったことかも分からない。何の子供だろう。
Ryoushin ga jiko ni atta koto ka mo wakaranai. Nani no kodomodarou.

あの人はにほんじんですが、「火曜日」の漢字の読み方が分からない。「火」の漢字の読み方かも分からない。
Ano hito wa ni honji ndesuga,`kayoubi’ no kanji no yomikata ga wakaranai. `Hi’ no kanji no yomikata ka mo wakaranai.
