Meaning and how to use :

Only by/ as long as.. Describe something that after it’s done, the others are done too.

For example

彼女は幸せさえあれば、何の困っても越えられます。
Kanojo ha shiawase sae are ba, nani no komatte mo koerare masu.
As long as she’s happy, I can overcome any difficulty.

君は同意してさえしたら、この問題はやさしくなる
kimi ha doui shi te sae shi tara, kono mondai ha yasashiku naru
It only need your agreement to be much more easy.
彼は好きなものさえ知っていたら、お誕生日のプレゼントのに買います。
kare ha suki na mono sae shitte i tara, o tanjou bi no purezento no ni kai masu.

As long as he like it, I will buy.
日本語が知っていてさえしたら、翻訳られます。
nihongo ga shitte i te sae shi tara, honyaku rare masu.
You can interprete by only Japanese.
一生懸命勉強してさえしたら東大も合格します。
isshoukenmei benkyou shi te sae shi tara toudai mo goukaku shi masu.
If you try your best you can pass Tokyou university.

Note: さえ…たら and さえ…ば have the same meaning
