Example:

Kare wo manekanakatta noni kare ga naze ka kuru ka wakaranai.
I don’t know why he came although I didn’t invite him.

なぜか気が出しないようだ。
Nazeka ki ga dashinai you da.
Somehow I don’t feel like doing anything.

なぜかすっぱいものを食べたい。
Nazeka suppai mono wo tabetai.
Somehow I would love to eat some sour food.

なぜか真夏のように汗が出る。
Nazeka manatsu no you ni ase ga deru.
I don’t know why I sweat like in the middle of summer.

Nazeka ima kareshi no koe wo kikitai.
Somehow I want to hear my boyfriend’s voice now.
