Meaning and how to use :

1. Already. Describe something has already happened in the past

Combined with: 既に~ た form

For example

あの人との思いだし、すでに全部忘れた。
Ano hito to no omoi da shi, sudeni zenbu wasure ta.
Memories with that person, I has already fogot all.

既に言った言葉はもう一度言ってください
sudeni itta kotoba ha mouichido itte kudasai
Let’s repeat what you have said

すでに習った日本語を長い時間使わないので、忘れた。
sudeni naratta nihongo o nagai jikan tsukawa nai node, wasure ta.
Japanese, which I have learn, I forget it all.

2. At the moment mentioned in the sentence, something has been already in a state.

For example

彼女は既に30歳だ。
kanojo ha sudeni san zero sai da.
She has been 30.

私は医者としてこの病院で仕えるのは既に10年を過ぎた。
watashi ha isha toshite kono byouin de tsukaeru no ha sudeni ichi zero nen o sugi ta.
I have dedicated to this hospital as a doctor for over 10 years.

既に高校生だ。
sudeni koukousei da.
I have been a high school student.

3. Describe a fact that is difficult to change.

For example

そんなにひどく扱われて、既にこの会社が本当に労働者を搾取する会社だ。
sonnani hidoku atsukaware te, sudeni kono kaisha ga hontouni roudou sha o sakushu suru kaisha da.
You were treated badly. This is really acompany that exploits workers.

他の女の子とデートなんかして、彼は既に君のことを感心しなくなるよ。
ta no onnanoko to dēto nanka shi te, kare ha sudeni kimi no koto o kanshin shi naku naru yo.
He dates with another woman. He doesnt care about you anymore.

あんたはいつも疲れたと言って、すでにこの仕事に合わないだ。
anta ha itsumo tsukare ta to itte, sudeni kono shigoto ni awa nai da.
You are always tired, you are not cut out for this work.
