Express that somebody is excellent at something.

For example

僕は絵をかくのがとても上手だ。
Boku ha e o kaku no ga totemo jouzu da.
I’m very good at painting.

彼女はダンスが上手だ。
kanojo ha dansu ga jouzu da.
She dances very well.

彼は歌曲を作るのが上手な人だ。
kare ha kakyoku o tsukuru no ga jouzu na hito da.
He’s excellent at composing song.

先生は私が外国語が上手だと言いました。
sensei ha watashi ga gaikoku go ga jouzu da to ii mashi ta.
My teacher’s good at foreign language.

あの子は剣道が上手な子だ。
ano ko ha kendou ga jouzu na ko da.
That kid is the kid who is really good at kendo.
