Describe a state that reaches a good level.

For example

最初はちょっと失敗したが、ここまでできたらもう十分だ。
Saisho ha chotto shippai shi ta ga, koko made deki tara mou juubun da.
We failed at first, but what we have done is enough.

彼女は私がもうおなかがいっぱいだと言います。
kanojo ha watashi ga mou onaka ga ippai da to ii masu.
She said that my stomach has been satisfied.

そんなに苦労しなくてもいいです。もう十分だ。
sonnani kurou shi naku te mo ii desu. Mou juubun da.
It’s no need to hard work. It’s enough.

体の力がもう一杯だと感じられる。
karada no chikara ga mou ichi hai da to kanjirareru.
I feel that my body is full of power.

子どもなのに、そんなにしたらもう十分だ。
kodomo na noni, sonnani shi tara mou juubun da.
Though I’m a child, what I have done is enough.
