Examples:

これ以外で、もっと丈夫な靴がありますか。
Kore igai de, motto joubuna kutsu ga arimasu ka.
Except for this, are there any more sturdy shoes?

山田さん以外、名前を呼ばれる人は早く教室に入ってください。
Yamadasan igai, namae o yoba reru hito wa hayaku kyoushitsu ni haitte kudasai.
Except for Mr. Yamada, all the people getting called please enter the room as soon as possible.

係員以外、この会議に出席することが出来ません。
Kakariin igai, kono kaigi ni shusseki suru koto ga dekimasen.
Except for the person involved, no one cannot participate in this meeting.

君が持っているのいがい、もっと大きいかばんがありますか。
Kimi ga motte iru no igai, motto ookii kaban ga arimasu ka.
Except for the one you’re holding, is there a bigger bag?

聞く以外、もっと効果的な勉強の方法がありますか。
Kiku igai, motto koukatekina benkyou no houhou ga arimasu ka.
