Describe the surprise about the number or extent of existence or arising of something is more than expected. The following part of the sentence is often the result of those things.

Example:

今日この広場で山本歌手が出演するから午後6時に大勢の人々が集まるわ集まるわ、ステージが見えないほどだ。
Kyou kono hiroba de Yamamoto kashu ga shutsuen surukara gogo 6 ji ni oozei no hitobito ga atsumaru wa atsumaruwa, sute-ji ga mienai hodo da.
Singer Yamamoto will perform in this square today, so at 6pm, there are so many people gathered that you can’t see the stage.

試験がもうすぐ来るので宿題がたまるわたまるわ、暇な時間がないほど宿題をやらなきゃならない。
Shiuken ga mousugu kuru node shukudai ga tamaru wa tamaru wa, hima na jikan ga nai hodo shukudai wo yaranakyanaranai.
Because the exam is coming soon, there is a lot of homework. I have to do so much homework that I don’t have free time.

もうすぐ卒業するのでやりたいことはあるわあるわ、いつも忙しいです。
Mousugu sotsugyou suru node yaritai koto ha aruwa aruwa, itsumo isogashii desu.
I’ll be graduating soon, so there are many things I want to do. I’m always busy.

現在試験のため勉強するべきだし、アルバイトの残業もするべきだし、疲れるわ疲れるわ、あるいは病気になるかもしれない。
Genzai shiken no tame benkyou suru bekidashi, arubaito no jugyou mo surubeki dashi, tsukareru wa tsukareruwa, aruiha byouki ni naru kamoshirenai.
I must study for the exam and work part-time, so I’m very tired and may get sick.

石につまずいて転んだので痛むわ痛むわ、今は何もよくならない。
Ishi ni tsumazuite koronda node itamuwa itamuwa, ima ha nani mo yokunaranai.
I stumbled on a stone, so it hurts a lot. It doesn’t get better any time now.
