The structure describes a strong negative expression: “never ~ again…”

Example:

こんなにつまらない授業に二度と出席したくない。
Konnani tsumaranai jugyou ni nidoto shusseki shitakunai.
I never want to take part in such a boring class again.

そんなに悲惨な場面を二度と見たくない。
Sonnani hisanna bamen o nidoto mitakunai.
I don’t want to see a miserable scene like that ever again.

二度と彼女に許しない。
Nidoto kanojo ni yurushinai.
I will never forgive her again.

にどとあなたのところに来ない。
Nidoto anata no tokoro ni konai.
I will never come to your place again.

知らない人にどと信じない。
Shiranaihito nido to shinjinai.
I will never trust strangers again.
