Formation :

Nながら
Vます(remove ます)+ながら

Meaning and how to use :

Expressing the state, the situation continues throughout without changing.

Examples:

生まれながらあの人はずっと大阪に住んでいます。
Umarenagara ano hito wa zutto Osaka ni sunde imasu.
He has been living in Osaka since he was born.

彼らは昔ながらのやり方をやっています。
Karera wa mukashinagara no yarikata wo yatte imasu.
They have been doing the old-fashioned way.

かれらは最初ながらのミスを繰り返しています。
Karera wa saishonagara no misu wo kurikaeshite imasu.
They have been repeating the error from the beginning.

昔ながらの旧慣が続けています。
Mukashinagara no kyuukan ga tsudzukete imasu.
The old custom has been going on since ancient times.

生まれながらの先入観を取り消すのはとても難しい。
Umarenagara no sennyuukan o torikesu no wa totemo muzukashii.
Removing prejudice from birth is very difficult.

Note: This is a fixed way of saying, the words before that are limited by certain words as in the examples above.
