Meaning and how to use:

This structure is used to make a choice among other options. It can be used to point that thing or express “If you do such things…” depending on the situation.
For example

どんぶりでもしましょうか。
domburi de moshi masho u ka
Should we have donburi?

晩御飯ならサラダでも作りましょうか。
ban gohan nara sarada de mo tsukuri masho u ka
If it is for dinner, shall I make salad?

今日クッキーでも一緒に焼きましょうか。
konnichi kukki de mo issho ni yaki masho u ka
Shall we bake a cake together today?

パーティーのため、ビールでも買います。
patei no tame biru demo kai masu
I will buy beer for the party.

コーヒーでも飲もう。
kohi demo nomo u
Let’s drink coffee.

Note:「でも」 often used in euphemistic speaking.
