To express the wish to ask or inform the listener something. It’s often translated as “By such reason/so/therefore”.
For example

明日お客様がいらっさいます。ついては、今日よく準備しないといけません。
asu okyakusama ga iratu sa i masu tsuiteha konnichi yoku jumbi shi nai to ike mase n
Tomorrow a special guest will come. Therefore I have to prepare well today.

来月大切な会議が行われます。ついては、わが社は参加者を選ばなければならない。
raigetsu taisetsu na kaigi ga okonawa re masu tsuiteha waga yashiro ha sanka mono wo eraba nakere ba nara nai
An important meeting will be held next month. That’s why our company need to choose one to take part in.

明日引越しする。ついては、今日掃除しないといけない。
asu hikkoshi suru tsuiteha konnichi souji shi nai to ike nai
I have to move to a new house tomorrow. Therefore, I clean this place today.

新しい携帯電話を買いたいです。つういては、お金を貸してくれないの。
atarashii keitai denwa wo kai tai desu tsuu i te ha okane wo kashi te kure nai no
I want to buy a new phone. So can you lend me some money?

大阪まで行きたい。ついては、私ともつれていきなさい。
ohsaka made iki tai tsuiteha watakushi to motsure te iki nasai
I want to go to Oosaka. So please let me go with you.
