Meaning and how to use :

Indicate the meaning “Give all the love, emotion, etc. to N”.

For example

愛情をこめて娘に手紙を書いた。
Aijou o kome te musume ni tegami o kai ta.
I wrote to my daughter wholeheartedly.

心をこめて相手にその仕事をしないほうがいいことを注意した。
kokoro o kome te aite ni sono shigoto o shi nai hou ga ii koto o chuui shi ta.
From bottom of my heart, I advice him not doing that work.

あの作家は懐かしさをこめて自分の気持ちを文章に述べた。
ano sakka ha natsukashi sa o kome te jibun no kimochi o bunshou ni nobe ta.
That author show his mood in his work with a heavy burden of grief.

感謝をこめて助けてくれた人にお礼をした。
kansha o kome te tasuke te kure ta hito ni orei o shi ta.
With all gratitude I thank you all for helping me.

あの人は敵意のこもった発表をしている。
ano hito ha tekii no komotta happyou o shi te iru.
She was highly hostile in his speech.

Note:
