Meaning and how to use :

Describe cause, reason of an action. Is usually used to give the reason for subjective command, guideline, recourse.

For example

今朝熱がありますから、学校を休みます。
Kesa netsu ga ari masu kara, gakkō o yasumi masu.
Because I got ill, I didn’t go to school this morning.

この白いシャツが好きだから、買うことにする。
kono shiroi shatsu ga suki da kara, kau koto ni suru.
Because I like this white T-shirt, I decide to buy it.

今日の天気が寒いですから、出かけるときコートを着てください。
kyō no tenki ga samui desu kara, dekakeru toki kōto o ki te kudasai.
Because it’s cold today, so let’s wear coat when going out.

外国に住んでいますから、親のことがとても懐かしい。
gaikoku ni sun de i masu kara, oya no koto ga totemo natsukashii.
Because I live in foreign country, I really miss my parents.

読書が嫌いですから、家で本があまりありません。
dokusho ga kirai desu kara, ie de hon ga amari ari mase n.
Because I don’t like reading book, I don’t have many book in my house.
