Meaning and how to use :

Express the meaning “Don’t…”. To command or order other person to not do something.

For example

ここで騒がらないでください。
Koko de sawaga ra nai de kudasai.
Please don’t make noise here.

そんなに大声で叫ばないでください。
sonnani oogoe de sakeba nai de kudasai.
Don’t shout so loudly like that please.

私のお金を取らないでください。おねがいします。
watashi no okane o tora nai de kudasai. Onegai shi masu.
Please don’t take my money.

それはまだ開始ですよ。がっかりしないでください。
sore ha mada kaishi desu yo. Gakkari shi nai de kudasai.
It was just the beginning of the thing. Don’t be disappointed please.

お息子さんは今、安全なところにいますよ。心配しないでください。
o musuko san ha ima, anzen na tokoro ni i masu yo. Shinpai shi nai de kudasai.
Your son are now in a safe place. Don’t worry please.
