Vてもさしつかえない
Aくてもさしつかえない
N/Aな+でもさしつかえない

Meaning and how to use :

Expresses the meaning “Even though.. it’s fine/no problem.”. Used to express the act of making concessions.

Examples:

その書類はサインがなくても差し支えない。
Sono shorui ha sain ga naku te mo sashitsukae nai.
That file even though it has no signature it’s fine.

お子様はこの商品をついお召し上がっても差し支えない。安全な材料から作られるんだ。
Okosama ha kono shouhin o tsui o meshiagatte mo sashitsukae nai. Anzen na zairyou kara tsukurareru n da.
It’s fine even if your child accidentally ate this product. Because it’s made of safe ingerdients.

彼は急用があるので少し待っても差し支えない。私は時間がありますから。
Kare ha kyuuyou ga aru node sukoshi matte mo sashitsukae nai. Watashi ha jikan ga ari masu kara.
He has urgent things to do so I’m fine with waiting a little. I have the time to spare.

急にお返事しなくても差し支えない。ゆっくり考えなさい。
Kyuu ni o henji shi naku te mo sashitsukae nai. Yukkuri kangaenasai.
It’s fine even if you don’t reply early. Take your time to think.

この薬を塗ると最初はかゆくても差し支えない。
Kono kusuri o nuru to saisho ha kayuku te mo sashitsukae nai.
When you apply this medicine, it’s fine even if it’s itchy at first.

Note:
There are two other structures which have the same meaning with 「手も差し支えない」 is 「てもいい」and 「てもかまいません」 but these two structures are used in more formal occasions.
