Vる/た + にせよ/にもせよ
Aな/N+であるにせよ/にもせよ

Meaning and how to use :

Expresses the meaning “Even if I was in that position, I would..”. The latter clause is often judgments or expectations of the speaker.

Examples:

親は反対するにせよ、僕は決めたことをします。
Oya ha hantai suru ni seyo, boku ha kime ta koto o shi masu.
Even if my parents were to oppose my decision, I would do it.

いくら貧乏になるにもせよ、他人の財産を奪うなんてだめです。
Ikura binbou ni naru ni mo seyo, tanin no zaisan o ubau nante
Even if I were to be poor, I wouldn’t steal from other people.

欠席にもせよ必ず主要の内容のメモをとってください。
Kesseki ni mo seyo kanarazu shuyou no naiyou no memo o totte kudasai.
Even if you were to miss the class, do remember to take important notes.

たとえ才能があるにせよ、努力しなければ上手にならないよ。
Tatoe sainou ga aru ni seyo, doryoku shi nakere ba jouzu ni nara nai yo.
Even if you have talents, it would be useless if you don’t work hard.

忘年会に行くにせよ行かないにせよ決めてくださいよ。
Bounenkai ni iku ni seyoika nai ni seyokime te kudasai yo.
You should decide whether or not you’re going to the new year party.

Note:
+) This is the literacy form of 「…にしても」、「にしろ」、「としても」
+) Often used with たとえ」、「仮に」…
