I’m just a normal teacher, not a headquarter, so I can’t help you.

それは冗談に過ぎなくて、信じないでください。
sore wa jōdan ni sugi naku te, shinji nai de kudasai.
It’s just a joke, so don’t trust.

反対した人は10パーセントを占めるに過ぎない。
hantai shi ta hito wa ichi zero pāsento o shimeru ni sugi nai.
