Formation :

お+Vます (remove ます) +になる

Meaning and how to use :

Is honorific form of verb. In case we use with Sino-Japanese nouns, it’s in form: 「ごNになる」

For example

どうぞ、おかけになってください。
Douzo, okake ni natte kudasai.
Please have a seat.

会社はお帰りになりました。
kaisha ha o kaeri ni nari mashi ta.
Our manager has come back.

明治天皇は江戸時代にお生まれになりました。
meijitennou ha edo jidai ni o umare ni nari mashi ta.
Thiên hoàng Minh Trị was born in Edo period.

呼ばれる客はご声をおかけになってください。
yobareru kyaku ha go koe o okake ni natte kudasai.
The guest who is called please speak up.

「皆さま、お楽しみになってください。ありがとうございます。」
‘minasama, o tanoshimi ni natte kudasai. Arigatou gozai masu.’
“Have fun. Thank you.”
