Use this when you want something. You are likely to use it in supermarket, store,etc. If you want to add quantity of thing, you just need to add number after を

For example

Mikan o 5 tsu kudasai.
Please give me 5 oranges.

あのかばんをください。
ano kaban o kudasai.
Please give me this bag.

水をください。
mizu o kudasai.
Give me some water please.

その本を2冊ください。
sono hon o 2 satsu kudasai.
Please give me these 2 books.

アイスクリームをください。
Aisukurimu kudasai.
Give me icecream please.
