For example

Ano hito wa tokubetsu na jukuren ga ari mase n. Sono kuse, sugu kono shigoto o ukerareru.
That person has no special skill. But he immediatly got this work.

hiroshi kun wa nyūsha shi ta bakari desu. Sono kuse, sugu buchō ni nari mashi ta. Boku wa kono kaisha de go nen mo hatarai ta noni, ima made futsū no shain desu
Hiroshi have just joined this company, but he immediatly becomes leader. I have been serving this company for over 5 year, but I’m still a normal employee.

kono apāto wa benri ja nai. Sono kuse, yachin ga totemo takai desu.
This apartment isn’t convenient at all, but it’s very expensive.

kanojo ga kirai da to itta ja nai. Sono kuse, dōshite kanojo o mamotta no ka.
You said you hate her, right. Why do you protect her?

itoko wa geijutsu ga suki de wa nai. Sono kuse, kanojo no ie de e o takusan kake te iru
My counsin doesnt like art, but he puts pictures everywhere in his house.
